Forgiveness

It's okay to feel down, it's okay to feel sad and its okay to feel depressed, but we just can't live there.

Sometimes we get too comfortable in our pain, we make a hymn out of it, it starts defining who we are, this is the time for you to have a realization that you can't stay there any longer.

You can't stay in this pain any longer because it's not serving your highest good.

  • From this experience I choose to growth

  • I choose to be free of hurt, anger, hatred and regret

​

  • I acknowledge these painful emotions, let them go, and embrace my inner peace

​

  • I am equipped with all the tools I need to walk through this experience with dignity and grace

​

  • While I have this pain, and even though it's not going to move from where it is right now - I choose to show myself compassion

​

  • I am determined to cure soul, mind, and see things differently

​

  • I release all guilt, regret & shame

​

  • Even when something doesn’t happen how I wanted, but I am confident that I’m on the right path

​

  • I release all emotional blocks that stop me from enjoying peace of mind

​

  • I accept that I did the best I could at the time with what I knew

​

  • I let go of the idea that it could have been any different
